May we introduce?
We regularly scrutinize our approaches, theories and methods with people we trust.
With our experience from start-ups and large corporations, we understand the challenges that founders and managers face on a daily basis. We have led international programs, projects and teams and therefore know how valuable it is to work in an intercultural environment. Our approach is interdisciplinary: we combine management and alpinism with insights from various disciplines such as behavioral economics.
The team.
