What we offer.

We give keynote speeches and workshops away from the office routine.

We also offer customized classroom and online training for your (junior) managers. The focus here is on decision-making processes, dealing with cognitive biases and interdisciplinary approaches.

Are you planning an extraordinary incentive? With pleasure. We organize your conferences in an alpine setting and provide an extraordinary and unforgettable supporting programme according to your wishes.

Workshop Design.

Our program can be delivered completely remotely, for example as part of leadership development programs. The content is taught over several days or weeks in the form of chapters to ensure a flexible and sustainable learning structure. In addition to the comprehensive workshop documentation, each participant also receives a copy of the book “Was Management von Alpinismus lernen kann” (Springer).
